She may be a minor character but Rika has one hell-of-a relationship going for her. You can take the relationship either way as just a crush or an actual relationship behind the scenes. Here's just some evidence about Rika and Yoshiyuki:

Book 2- All the kids are talking in the morning before class. Mr. Terada comes in and and kind of scares the kids telling everyone to take their seats. All the kids do and the picture shows him 'staring' at Rika and her giving him a brilliant smile back. He blushes a little bit.

Book 3?- Sakura and company are at a beach resort with everyone from school and as they are lying around talking Sakura complements Rika on her baking skills and says, "You'll make a great housewife one day!" Rika blushes.

Book 4- Sakura wants to buy Yukie a present but doesn't know what so Tomoyo suggests to go ask Rika for advice. (Supposedly Rika likes an older man) Later on, when Sakura gives Rika a pendant to replace one she lost, Mr. Terada gave Rika a ring and says to 'Hold onto this until it becomes an engagement ring.'

Book 5- The fourth graders are performing a play, Sleeping Beauty, for the December talent show. Rika is in a fancy dress (I think she is one of the three fairies) and sitting by herself on a balcony before the show starts. Yoshiyuki walks up from behind and says, "You look nice," and walks by. Rika gets a flushed and surprised look on her face and Sakura asks her why her face is red.

Episode ?- (This one is much like the manga) When Mr. Terada walks into the classroom and tells everyone to be seated and Rika gives him and magnificent smile and he blushes a little and make that sound when you clear your throat.

Episode 13- While on a trip to the zoo everyone is assigned to do a report on an animal. During lunch Rika runs up to Mr. Terada holding a small sack and tells him she made him a lunch. He accepts it and thanks her.

Yoshiyuki and Rika are both good at cooking. It seems that they have a lot of the same interests. His weakness is sewing where her strength happens to be. I don’t know if this is true... I just read it on a page before. But I have heard that Yoshiyuki reminds Rika of her father who is often away for his job. (on business) But that just makes their relationship a little weird, doesn’t it. (A little ecchi) Some people wonder why CLAMP would put a relationship like this in a kid anime. Well... I guess you can see Cardcaptor Sakura two ways. One is a just a kids anime where there a little crushes and lots of fun. The other is the more teenage/adult view. CLAMP adds lots of ecchi humor etc to their anime and the Rika x Terada relationship may just be another aspect to add it. People can choose to ignore or acknowledge the relationship; at least they leave the choice open for you!
