Broccoli & Chicken Noodle Stroganoff
Quantity/Servings:  Serves 6-8
Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breasts
1 Large Onion
3 Cups Frozen Broccoli
1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine
1 Pkg. Of  Wide Noodles
1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup & Can of Milk
1 Carton Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Parmesan
Preparation:
Saute Onions In Butter, then remove
Grill Chicken in remaining butter, then cut up into small pieces.
Mix chicken, onion, and broccoli together in the same skillet and let simmer until chicken browns and broccoli is tender.
Boil Noodles in kettle and drain.
Add chicken, onions, broccoli, Cream of Chicken, and Milk
Cover & Simmer and when fully heated, add Sour Cream and Parmesan.
Bake: (Time & temperature here)
Serving Suggestion:
Serve over buttery mashed potatoes!
