Stand in the center of your space and hold your arms straight out to your side and tilt your head back slightly. Visualize a beam of white light from above flowing into you. This is Divine energy, filled with love and protection. It�s source is the Goddess. Once you are filled with this energy, turn your palms outward, away from you, and send the energy out through your hands, into a swirling of white energy around you. Let the energy from above continue to flow into you, and push the energy back out through your hands, making the circle move faster and grow larger, extending out beyond your body further. Cut off this flow of energy outside of you now and raise your hands into the Goddess position, with the energy from above still flowing. Envision the energy from above forming into a ball of white energy in your hands above your head. Now, from the top of that ball, envision it opening to release the light inside of it. The light expands, fountaining down to meet the top of the circle you�ve already created, blending perfectly with that energy. Then, the light from the bottom of the circle grows beneath the ground, mending at the very bottom with itself. Now, you are within a perfect sphere of divine white light of love and protection. Let even more energy flow from the ball, making the energy of the sphere spin so quickly, it is nearly solid. Release the ball and cease the flow of energy from above. You are finished. |
