Rookie Poster of the Year
All ISH Rookie 1st and 2nd Team
Due to the ever growing popularity of ISH, especially after the move to the new board, Jeff (Insidehoops), Steve (OSA), and the rest of the cabal which share and alternate use of the Insidehoops account have done a great job at getting new posters and making ISH the #1 Site for Basketball on the internet.

With growing popularity comes new faces and new voices in our online community. The time has come to reward these new basketball fans for what they contribute to ISH.

Choose 10 Posters. The top vote getter will win Rookie of the Year. The top 5 vote getters (including RoY) will make All ISH Rookie 1st Team. The next 5 will make All ISH Rookie Second Team. (NOTE: Since there are only 21 rookies on the ballot, I only will allow 2 teams. However, since voting does not begin until April, if the ballot of rookies can expand to 30 or more, then I will accomodate a 3rd Rookie Team)

Voting begins April 1st, 2007 and will last all the way to noon EST on the first day of the NBA Playoffs. You may vote once a day. Ballots reset every day at midnight.
