| Some pics of a wedding cake I made once. Red-velvet cake with pineapple-cream cheese filling, covered in rolled white chocolate fondant, topped with pastillage Callalillies. This was my first forray into rolled fondant. The cake was baked in a 30" rondo (3/8" thick aluminum). |
