Mural engraved in the stone face covering the entire surface of the Flag's Memorial depicting a moment in the presentation of our national emblem by General Manuel Belgrano to the citizens of the then known "Pueblo del Rosario" which means Town of the Rosary, called like so in homage to Lady of the Rosary well known to all citizens in Rosario of Catholic upbringing.
