Brief History: 

Kiara has always been a child of the woods. When she was still a human, she and her family often would spend many days out in the forest. Their beds were the leaves of the ground, their roof, the stars. Devout nature lovers, Kiara was taught to respect and love nature. What was also passed to her from her parents was a slight mental illness that was ever identified or treated. Kiara’s gentle spirit among the animals and natural loner mentality caught the eye of a passing vampire from the Gangrel clan. Kiara was embraced, and as was the custom, left to fend for herself. The shock was almost too much for Kiara to bear, but the Earth helped her. The forest provided the food she need in the form of blood, and also protection, in the form of Xavier DeFray. Xavier was out in the forest near his summer home in Big Bear forest. He was out camping when he spotted the young vampire sniffing too close to his camp. Xavier saw something in the young woman’s eyes that urged him to invite her to join him. This beautiful, yet slightly immature vampire intrigued Xavier.  He provided her with an apartment and the occasional job if she needed one. Xavier has taken her under his wing and has become more of a mentor for her. This turn of events both intrigues and pleases her sire.
