This is another of my 'love is woe and woe is me' poems. I get really sad thinking about this guy, but who am I to complain? It gives me inspiration for poems.
You think I'm not your soul mate
You think I'm not the one for you
Do you not want to know
For fear it may be true?
My love for you will be
Genuine and ever there
I wait for the day
When you too can learn to care
I may wish for your body
And your heart I always miss
But in the end all I wanted
Was our lips to kiss
