This mod adds five graphics to
your game. Each one has a number stamped on it, instead of just the
hard-to-decipher color.
So what? The leaf is a regional modifier to the fertility of that region. To
figure out the value of that region, add the planet's HabitabilityRing,
(where 0=Red2..7=Paradise) to the modifier.
The total is then translated to the text equivalent on the right of the
leaf.
