This Mod changes ONLY the Text of the Laws. The
effects are not changed.
Why?
Almost all of the 25 Senate "Laws" that Moo3 has are written so that the
Proposal block text and Description block text are the same except that the
Description block all begin with "If passed, ".
Thus a proposal might say "This law will X and Y." and the description says
"If passed, this law will X and Y." Not caring much for this I rewrote all
the text for the laws. I have re-written all 25 proposal blocks, and
description blocks. In addition I have rewritten some of the Summary texts
and sitrep texts.
