Cheese Cake
Ingredients: (for a 18cm (about 6in) baking tin)
+ 2 packs of cream cheese
+ 3 eggs
+ a cup of whipping cream (the smallest carton of whipping cream)
+ 150g of sugar
+ 35g of flour
+ Zest of 1 lemon
+ Before you make, put the cream cheese outside the fridge for about an hour.
+ Line the tin with wax paper.
+ Beat cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Add one eggs one at a time and mix well
until smooth and creamy every time.
+ Mix in sugar and lemon zest.
+ Add flour and whipping cream.
+ Pour the dough into the tin.
+ Place the tin into the water bath,
and Bake in the oven at 370 degrees F until the top side is nice color.
It should take around 1 and half hours, but this really depends on each oven.
Chocolate Chip & Nuts Cookies
Ingredients: (for about 12 cookies)
+ Unsalted butter 210g
+ Sugar 120g
+ 2 Eggs (M size)
+ Flour 225g
+ Cocoa 75g (when you use cocoa w/ chocolate powder or something, i.e. not pure cocoa, add a little more)
+ Baking Powder 3/4 teaspoon
+ Dash of Vanilla Extract
+ Chocolate Chips as much as you want
+ Any kind of Nuts as much as you want
Preparation:
+ Preheat oven to 180 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
+ Line the baking sheet with wax paper.
+ Keep butter at room temperature for a while to make it soft, or take the fast way... microwave it!
+ Beat butter in a bowl until it becomes creamy, then add suger.
+ Add eggs a little at a time, and beat it until creamy without separation.
+ Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder together, and add it into the bowl.
+ Add chocolate chips and nuts and mix it.
+ Using a spoon or in my case, an ice cream scooper, take the cookie dough and drop it on the wax paper.
+ Bake it in the oven for about 15 - 18 minutes.
Chocolate Cake ( with hot and soft choco cream inside)
Ingredients: (for about 4 cakes in pudding cups)
+ Sweet/bitter chocolate 80g
+ Unsalted Butter 80g
+ 2 Eggs
+ Sugar 50g
+ Flour 35g
Preparation:
+ Grease the cups, and then put some flour on top of it.
+ Make wax paper lids to fit on top of the pudding cups.
+ Preheat oven to 180 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
+ In a bowl, put chocolate chunks and butter, and put the bowl into the hot water bath.
+ In another bowl, mix and beat eggs and sugar until it becomes smooth.
+ Mix the egg mixture into chocolate mixture.
+ Sift the flour into the bowl and mix it.
+ Put the dough into the cups, then put the lids on them.
+ Bake them for about 8-9 mins.
+ Take off the lids and turn over the cake on the dish.
