A four part clinic series if being offered at Gold Rush Farms, located on the North Fork of Long Island, (Baiting Hollow, NY).
I am a Reiki Master/Teacher, Horse Trainer and Animal Communicator. Horses have been a passion of mine since the age of 8 years old. Reiki has also become a way of life for me so I have incorporated the skills of my passions and professions into one. The animal communication aids in giving a different view, the horse's!
I introduce you to the 2004 clinic series of 'Riding with Spirit' a four part wellness approach in developing useful relaxation and communication skills with your equine companion as well as yourself.
The second part of the series will cover stretching, balance exercises and relaxation techniques to help to release tensions, and energy blocks throughout the rider and horses body. How to feel stiffness in your body and your horses, recognizing and working on balance issues in the horse and the riders position and seat for a more fluid ride and movement. A brief review of Part I- Breathing and Grounding work will be covered.
