Wow!!!  What a night for the Wonders!!  Game 1 started w/ Chicago Songs and Wonders started off in the lead....6-1.   Irish Cities was next and Raiders gained some ground on that one, but Wonders still holding them back.....10-6. YABBADABBADOO!!!! Wonders keeping a 4 pt lead after the Flinstones cat.....15-11.   Lots of Wiggling going on, too!!   Words or phrases that go with paper got the Raider within 2 pts....19-17.   (i think i missed a cat)  But the last cat was 3 letter "K" words and Wonders triumphed!  33-25....WTG WONDERS....Good Game Raiders!! Game 2 was a real nail biter!   German Cities started off this game and Wonders led...5-4.  No question about it, Raiders know their Beattle Movies and Raiders leading after that cat...16-13.  Salwater Fish was next and most of us know that is one of the "invisible cats".  Raiders still holding the lead....19-17.  Geological Features of the Earth was up...Raiders still holding us back....24-21.   Doubbllee GG words put us back in the lead (ALOT OF WIGGLING!!) 26-24.  The last cat...."book" words......and the WoNdErS PreVaiLeD....not sure what the exact score was......so excited I forgot to look!!!!  I pretty sure the score was ...Wonders 31? and Raiders 25?  ....Something like that...SORRY!  All I know is that we Wiggled to a Win......WTG WONDERS!!!!  Great Games Raiders!!

not much to say here.  wonders were absolutely fabulous.  raiders tried as they could, just couldn't get a rally going.  good game wonders.  see u tomorrow for the rubber game.

(report)  Well, first day of the finals, found almost all the raiders out in force.  the first game went by rather well, but the raiders got too comfortable in the 2nd game, with the game seemingly in hand at 27-22 when all of a sudden the bot decided to throw a cat no raider knew - Vincent D'Onofrio movies.  sure enuf, the wonders love D'Onofrio, and they showed us a bit of humility by sweeping the category (somehow they missed one movie tho).  it goes to show, the games not over until the last pt is scored. fortunately for the raiders, we were able to pull out the third game.  great game all.

As hard as we tried we just couldn't keep up with the Raiders in game one tonight.  They won 33-24. The Raiders took the lead with the 1st cat of game two and they didn't surrender it til the very end.  We went into the Vincent D'Onofrio Movies cat trailing 27-22, but a WONDERS sweep gave us a come from behind victory 31-27.  Noone was more shocked at this win then us! Game Three started out with the Raiders in the lead and they kept rolling along until they won this one 34-17.  Unfortunately, we had no miracle sweeps to win this one. Good game Raiders.  We'll see ya tomorrow!!!

(MVP) THE WHOLE WINNING WIGGLING WONDER TEAM All in all it was a fantastic season for the WONDERS and we enjoyed playing all the teams (Especially team 2!)  

The Rats came crawling out of the sewer by the dozens for tonights games and as always, they were a force to reckon with! The Wonders took the lead in game one and kept it through the first 4 rounds til the Ratties took a 1 pt lead in the Wizard of Oz cat. The Rats kept the lead and won game one 31-25.  

The Rats started game 2 with a 6-3 lead and they were up 11 - 7 before the David Letterman Double Point cat where the Wonders took control of the game and the lead 23-15. We increased our lead to 29-19 with Kool Aid Flavors and won the game with Hard Rock Cafe Locations 37-21.  

Game three started out with a tie score of 5. Then the Wonders took a 12-7 lead with Rod Stewart Songs. Fast Food Joints was next and the Wonders increased their lead to 20-9. Knights of the round table put us within reach of the win - 27-11. Birthday Party Items was our last cat and the Wonders one the game (and the playoffs!!!) 32-16. It was fun playing with you RATTIES this season! See ya next season!

There were so many wonders it made our head spin, but we had a fighting chance thanks to the wizard of oz. But then our luck ran out. I had a great time playing with the rats. I'm going to miss you all. Have one last drink for me & slobber on!
