Raiders kept the lead throughout the first game. Lolers took an
early lead in the second game but raiders caught up and then pecked ahead
to win. The outnumbered lolers fought hard and we enjoyed playing
them, as always. Good game everyone!

a great game against the understaffed rockers... a lot of laughing.. I
was adding the scores wrong the whole 1st game and couldn't figure out why
bot was not giving us our points, lol (not that this reporter was getting
any. The 2nd game was al movies and songs with Fourplay breaking open a
tight game on Cher songs and icing it with, of all things, Jethro Tull

It was just one of them good nights for us, beautiful turnout.
Fourplay's got some great players and they whooped up on us in game one on
cats such as Spain cities, landlocked states and things to do while you're
procrastinating. It was a neck and neck match where we took the
early lead, then they came back and went one ahead of us, 15-14.
From then on, they scored consistently to the end to win 31-26. Game two,
dagny dropped by to help us out, and we took a lead from the start of 12-8
on a double pointer on which all 10 answers were found, gotta love that.
Kind of devastating to have to play Hall & Oates under the burden of
equality, but we did well anyway. Later in this game, we heard
paramedics' voices outside, and who should roll in but lightdancer!
With the oxygen support, we had to put out all our cigarettes, lest we
blow the place to smithereens, but who needs cigarettes to get high when
you got someone like lightdancer whose eyes can take you so high you have
to look down to see Heaven? Ahh, well anyway, LOL'ers really kicked
into gear at that point, inspired by the return of our beloved angel, who
I must say still could use our prayers so if you have the time, keep her
in your prayers too. Game 2 finished out with things in a laundromat,
we won 32-27. Game three, we took it from the get-go, 5-0 on something.
We scored five points in the following round too, and persistence paid
off, but Fourplay put up an awesome fight that made it worth our while.
Dise had an impressive five bagger on the Arachnophobia cat that put us
within one point of each other, 20-19 I believe. We kept the faith
and finished out with a win an hour and 10 minutes later at 30-25.
Which is a pretty long game considering only two champ rounds and the one
double point round where all the answers were uncovered.

Stallone movies. Bugs were next and we increased our lead to 17 - 8.
Men's toiletries kept us ahead 23 - 11 and we finished the game with Asian
Capitals and a 30 - 12 win. Game Two started off with Back Muscles and we
were ahead 6 - 2. Doo-Wop Groups was our next cat and HOOV
swept the cat bringing the score to 10 - 2. The SixPack rallied in
the Labrynth cat but we maintained our lead 13 - 6. Remote Control
Buttons was next giving us a 18 - 10 advantage. Kevin Costner movies
