The Raiders played a good series with the Rockers tonight,
even under the circumstances of being short handed. MVP
went to Lilac3. The first game the raiders managed to pull
out a victory 30-25, but the rest of the games belonged to
the Rockers who outmanned us in the end! Lets go Raiders!

It was another tough battle between the ROCKERS and the raiders.  It's always a nailbiter when these two teams face off.  The Rockers dropped the first game after taking an early 6-2 lead in landlocked nations. The Raiders answered back winning 30-25 with categories: Jeff Goldblum, New York, Gameshows, Female authors/poets, and Flowers.
    Game two saw the ROCKS take another first category lead in European capitals.  The Rockers didn't give up the lead in this one.  Third Rock held their lead through Dolls, Bill Murray, Famous Dogs, and ended it with a double point New Zealand cities. Score 34-25.
    The final game saw the ROCKS take an early lead and thet kept increasing it throughout the game.  The Rocks opened with a 7-2 lead in Famous paintings and then they Rocked through Broadway, Red foods, The Vatican, and wallet cards.   The ROCKS took the last game with a decisive 31-17 final score.

They slobbered...we slithered...we prevailed. We made our made through INDIA and a few BAYS with a little LOVE on the way from H.G. WELLS and Aretha FRANKLIN, (take your pick). These were great games and a lot of fun. Good luck in the playoffs Rats.

The Rats stormed into the room, kicked ass, won all THREE games, took the lead in the tourney position, and went home to the sewer laughing!!! 

APRIL FOOLS!!!

Oh, how I wish it wasn't.  Those, scaly, slithering Lizards really made us scurry and scamper through all three games.  Congrats to the Lizards, you played awesome.   The Rat Pack also played their hearts out, but just couldn't keep up with the those nekkid lizards.  They really put us in a bind with both double pointer rounds (especially with their expertise in the Biology courses cat).  All of us Rats did really well, with a special "way to go" to buffylou, who must have been an Indian princess in another life...since she sweeped the states of India category.   Alrighty then Rats, back to the sewer for some heart-healthy pushups and some major regrouping!  Hope to see the LOT of you in our next game.

The sexy Packers got an early lead and held on in the first game.  Second game was a runaway for the Wonders. They sure know airports !!!! Third game was hard fought but the Packers crossed the finish line first..had some trouble with falcons ...sheesh didnt know there were so darn many kinds of falcons !!!  But the Kevin Costner movies cat helped put the Packers back on top. Ginger was in top form and all the Packers were hot hot hot tonight!!!!  Ya cant help but enjoy playing a team that laughs so much.

The bot wasn't very nice tonight, nor were the packers
- THEY KICKED OUR BUTTS!
Game 1 the packers started off with a 9-1 lead on Paul
Newman movies and just smoked us like a bad cigar.
Game 2 was the opposite - the LOLers led 9-1 after the
first cat and poured it on for a 32 - 9 win.
Game 3 was fairly close until the guitarist cat came
up when the packers took a 10 point lead and kept it
through the last 3 cats.
Great game 6 Packers - it's always fun.
Congrats to Sapphire for taking MVP.

We played 3 fun filled games with the wonders that were neck & neck all
the way....Wonders won 1st game 34-33, FOURplay won 2nd game 37-29,
Wonders took the last game 31-25. All I know is that there was alot of
fluffing & flexing going on, and Libra was right in the middle of it...

(Comments)  This was a late game and we were all either tired or feeling really tipsy.  Thank god we played Fourplay, we ALWAYS have a blast playing them, and we kept ourselves awake.  The games were great, they always seemed to be neck and neck.   Everyone played great and yes, even this wonder was allowed to score.  And for once I think all our teamies were present except for jay....we missed ya jay!  Thanks for a great game fourplay!!
