Even though the Rat Pack and The Six Pack were, talk city sure wasn't playing fair last night!  The text was scrolling
extremely fast, players (from both teams) were getting booted
frequently, and a few players couldn't even get into talk city at all.  Our courageous captain, Ev, was battling with
severe screen freeze and finally couldn't get in at all.
Glitzee suffered from the same thing (We missed you guys!)
Nonetheless, the Rats managed to take both games and uphold our first place position.   The whole team was significant to this win, with special honors to Sixstring and Buffylou!
P.S. Talk City:  Your messing with our precious tourney game now...and causing major problems with our NEED to play!  Get it together and splurge for more servers!

Our plans for a rat bbq got rained out. The rats ran away with the first game. Second game was very close,
neck and tail. but the rats surged ahead and crossed the finish line ahead of us.   Krush and necrom arrived late and Alanah was there and not there lol. See if you can figure that one out !!! This reporter had laryngitus. I still cant figure out how those rats can type so fast with those little tiny paws of theirs !!!! Shoot got all the gravel out of my pom poms not I gotta wipe off all the slobber..sigh.

The 7's found out today that we missed ABW's birthday last weekend.  So we celebrated tonight with a partay!
Game 1 the 7's were on fire winning 30-12. 
Then we sang happy birthday, cut the cake, had ice cream, played pin the tail on the monitor...the usual.
ABW then opened his gifts.  He especially liked his Pocket Fisherman by Ronco...   The ladies especially liked his birthday suit.
Game 2 was a close one.  The 7's luckily took 8 of the last cat to win 37 - 25.
Thanks for a good game Wonders.

(Comments)   The Raiders were out in force tonight, downing the Lizards in two games. It was Buttered Lizard Legs or Parrot Stew on the Menu this evening. A great turnout for the Raiders..haven't seen so many peg legs in the same room for a few moons now. Lets Go Team!

They may be FOURPLAY, but I guess the rocks were Hot for Bot (LOL NITE!) taking this game in two rounds.  The first round saw THIRD ROCK take an early lead, 7-2, after a great showing by the ROCKER twins in the Charlemange category.  We "skiied" through the rest of the game and ended with a 34-24 rock win.

The second game started with the FOURPLAYERS showing us what they do when they're not playing....they watch TV, and topped us 6-2 in the "Spin Offs" cat.  We came back to tie it up 8-8 with "Guitarists," but those FOURPLAY women know their men, and swept the "Manly Songs" cat.  They held their lead, 16-13, through the Power Rangers, but we MORPHED that score to 21-16 with a ROCK sweep of things in the backyard.  (ROCKS, what else?)  It was 24-20 after "Ski Resorts" and finishing up was a piece of "Pie"!  Good game FOUR...and thanks, libra!
