It was a good turnout for the ROCKers this morning.
Wonders jumped out of the gates to take the first round- 7-3. Rockers downed a couple pots of java and never looked back winning the first two games. Good Games Wonders.. Bring on the new season.. AAHHWWOOOO!

The Wonders had their usual Saturday morning uck against the Rockers. What can you do when only 7 people manage to wake up in time? I think of this as a comment on the social lives of our team.. we stay out late :)
MVP's for cococaptains Shelbel and Ali, great performances by everyone. A great ending for the preseason!

The Raiders pillaged and plundered Fourplay in two games.  Fourplay put up a valiant fight especially when it came to Stephen Spielburg movies - they swept that cat.   This game was was too early for us night owls as is evident by the attendance on both sides.  Vi and Rodran were both missing hmmmmmmmmm!

Raiders are ready for the real season now!

Okay....all I can say is that BOT must hate us! Or he must hate me!! ACK Again Spain shows up 5 minutes before game time! (Can we please start games 5 minutes early next time! PLEASE!!)
My FourPlay Teamies gave it a good 'ol Fourplay try! We were Rumbling our heart out. Raiders did a great job. Its always fun when we play you guys! Thank GOD Rod wasnt there....ACK  the Bible Cat came up!

The Rats were outnumbered, and still ran away with the Lizards skins!  This was a very pleasant game, as it is always
comfortable and fun to play with the Lizards...(so many of my favorite people on that team!).  All of the rats played wonderfully today and as a team for the upcoming "real" season
we are just "GETTING WARMED UP"!

Though once again out-gunned in numbers, the ^6ers put up a fine battle, especially in the 1st game, leading until the Agatha Christy cat at the end.... the LOL's wore us down in the 2nd game, just too many of them playing well. We are looking forward to playing in the Regular season with them.

Lot's of laughs today in tourney rooom 3 (more by the LOL'ers as we were lucky enough to win.)
Game 1 had 3 lead changes and pretty much went down to the wire.
Game 2 was close until the 7's pretty much ran the Game Show and Michael Caine cats.

....and what did we learn today?  We learned that Lightdancer and vroomblonde were going to lunch today.  They said they were going to trade tassels - it made me think of the proverbial fly on the wall.
We also learned that flaminjune had an accidental fallout this afteroon.  I'm still trying to get my eyes back in their sockets and my heart beat back to normal.
