The Wonders got back on the winning track Monday against a very outnumbered sixpack. I
tried to join the 3 sixpackers who were there to even things out but everyone yelled at me
like I was bot doing the Kafka category.
All the Wonders did good. A couple of computer cats for our 'puter rich team helped us
along. WVP honors to Susy for just a lot of dang points and Alidali who got like 8
points in the Samuel L. Jackson films cat-wtg you stalker you.

(Comments) Third Rock played a tough match against team 7. The first
game was a very well played tense game. The second game was better for the ROCKS
thanks to a sweep in the bird group names category. Team 7 has come a long way in
this tourney. They are a fun team to play and they have a good time as well.
That is evidenced by the flood of LOL's between rounds. Congrats to our MVR's
Ridaddcit and Niterocker. Good going ROCKETTES.

The LOL 7's tried their hardest
against the Rockers tonight. 1st game, 7's came out strong and stayed even with the
Rockers until the very end, when we got stomped on by a bread cat. FlamePillar
scored 3 for the other team at the beginning but we forgave him (and he redeemed himself
enough to be MVP). The ending score was 29-35. 2nd game, we got swept on the
"groups of birds" cat and could never quite catch up after that. All 7's
played well and tried hard, and we look forward to playing the rockers again when there
will be no football games to distract us.

tonight. Must have been all that slobber that kept her sliding out of the room. :) Game
was already underway when I arrived late (with a HUGE headache), but the team had it under
control. Hard fought close games, a little too close for comfort in that last round, but

(Comments) The Rats were in short supply with our greatly esteemed Sarge gone as
well! As noted by the scores, the games were very close, but the Lizards managed to
come out victorious tonight. All Rats played hard and well and refuse to lay down
again to those slithering lizards! The room was a bit tense tonight with some
conflicts of personalities and authority. A personal and big WTG to vi711, our
replacement monitor, for dealing with some unnecessary verbal abuse and disregard.
Thank God I am not a monitor! Not only would some be gagged permanently...but
tarred and feathered as well!!!
