We had an excellent turnout, only slater and crayola were casualities tonight.
Co-captain kristy was determined to infect the Raiders with her rampant phlem and
germ-infested bouts of coughing, but it seems only the Parrot was spooked. Alidali gets
the "most likely to be booted" award, for her comings and goings made this
reporter quite dizzy.
Vi, the monitor extraordinaire maintained calm during a play stoppage, while our captain
amused us with card tricks.
Raider Juliett tried in vain to distract the Wonders with her off key Donny Osmond
renditions, but in spite of all the shenanigans of the night, the Wonders came out on top.
What an exciting second game too! Two ties at 31 and then 35..till finally Sesame Street
became the deciding factor. As fellow Wonder susy_b so aptly put it, Wonders rule on
crayons and Sesame Street. <G>

(Comments) Two Very competitive games played tonight against the 8th Wonders!
The Raiders were a little shorthanded tonight but put on quite a show in the second game,
tying the game twice, once at 31 and again at 35, finally succumbing to the Wonders in the
Sesame Street Character Category. A big Thanks tonight to Vi711 for her excellent monitor
skills, making sure everyone, including our Lily had a voice! Arrgghh! well be back
wonder-maties!...Go Raiders!

(Comments) Two good close games, but Rockers pulled them both out. The bot was
nce enough to keep both booting and entertainment cats to a minimum and to give the Pack
some of our faves- geography. We look forward to our next meeting with the 3rd Rock team,
and another close battle.

(Comments) Third Rock continues their winning streak. It must have been
the opening comments from the six packs captain that fueled the ROCKS to victory. We
don't like hearing - "hi team that is going to lose" or "good luck to
everyone but 'the jerk.'" Who's the loser jerk now?? Third Rock took this match
in two close games. Ridaddict and niterocker (aka jerk?) carried the rocks to a
victory once again. This duo has had two consecutive MVR awards. They are at the top
of the ROCK pile. We look forward to another match against the sixers after they complete
sportsmanship school. GO ROCKERS!!!

Well...we are history makers, being the first team to lose to the lucky 7s.
The sewer slobber was just not strong enough. We were outnumbered & outgunned 2
to 1 and regardless of how nice bot was to me personally (conductors! thank you bot!
all those hours spent cataloguing my father's classical records paid off! crayons!
& canadians) we were still no match for the amazing 7s.
Oh well...seems to me we were the first team to lose to the 6 pack last season, too.

(MVP) Whole team cyburgh hon men
(players) FlaminJune, Musiclovr, cyburgh, Jana2, nicki3, lauree, Walrose, Dagny,

(Comments) The 7's got their first victory Monday night. It was truly a team
effort as the wholeteam got the mvp. Cyburgh got the honorable mention. In the first game
the 7's won in overtime 38-35. The second game was taken by the Rats 31-24. The third game
the 7's ekede out a 32-19 win for their first ever victory. Lauree scored the 30th point
in the last game for theseal of the victory. Cyburgh got 28 points for the 7's for a great
effort. A grweat job was done bye the several monitors as their were several instances of
booting occuring. Its also good to see dagny still has a job after Sunday.
