ROOM PREPARATION
You need to be in the room about at least 15 minutes before game time. The players are advised to be there at least 10 minutes before so that you have enough time to voice them and make sure they are set up on the correct teams.
The web tv users have an irc they use which has a standard format list of commands. The computer users need to write down the commands or if your so inclined create pop ups. (I have a computer but am basically illiterate on how this is done).
COMMANDS
The commands we use are:
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE CORRECT TEAM
THE GAME WILL START WITH THE NEXT ROUND......AGREED? (Make sure you give this command directly after the answers have shown for the previous round to cut down on confusion)
PLEASE MAKE ALL PRE-GAME COMMENTS IN PURPLE (on web tv any action command is shown in purple, the purpose of this is to make sure bot doesn't pick up anybody's comments as answers)
PLEASE HOLD WHILE THE MONITOR MAKES A DECISION (pretty self-explanatory especially in light of the last few days)
Please make all your comments in caps so they are seen above the players comments.
GROUND RULES
First off let me thank you all for your hard work & support with the monitor program. I just want to go over a few topics so we are all clear.
Always have your rosters current
Make all your monitor comments in caps & in purple
The monitor is to be impartial
Make your comments sparingly while watching the game, conversations with the monitor should be minimal unless there is a problem.Be in the rooms around 15 minutes before the game starts
If you need me I am almost always online during game times, email me if you need me (except saturday mornings) I live on west coast time on saturdays lol.

As I receive changes in team members, I forward them to all the monitors. Make sure you make the changes on your copy. Always check here and make sure your roster is up to date.
