Meetings are generally held on the third Sunday of the month at 2 PM.
November and December are often scheduled for the second Sunday
to accomodate the Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays.
The August meeting is replaced by the Washington County Fair.
Meetings are generally held at a member's home on a voluntary basis,
unless an education or fund-raisng event dictate a different forum.
