| Formed in 2001, Ride Crash Ride aspires to be a particularly unique musical entity. Fronted by the twin guitars of lead Nick Porter, and rhythm Justin Matheny, but backed up with the swinging weight of Dan Gillin and Andy Haner on bass and drums, respectively, RCR sound at once like the people that influenced them, and moments later like nothing you have ever heard before. Add to that the insightful and thoughtful lyrics written and sung by Justin, and you have a band that can be witty and sweet, but sharp as a guillotine.
