RIC HAS TO GO BACK... |
Ric spent his last night with his Dad, his in-laws and us. We had a great dinner and just hung out. The kids needed lots of cuddle time...Lexie-Beagle too! |

We were able to take Ric all the way to the gate at the airport. Although this is usually not permitted, they do give special passes for servicemen's family so that they can all wait together... |

Waiting for the flight was difficult for all of us... |

...as Ric went to board the plane, the rep. from Northwest told him that she upgraded him to first class, and that he didn't have to board 'til the last minute, when they actually close the doors...so we had a few extra minutes together and Ric, I'm sure, had a much more comfortable flight...PEOPLE ARE SO GREAT!!!! |

...with one final wave...Ric set off for Atlanta, Germany, Kuwait, and then finally to Camp Anaconda...for the final leg of an unbelievable journey. Thru the mercy of God, Ric has been safe and taken care of. We know that God will continue to watch over him until he's back for good in the fall. What a testimony Ric has of God's blessings and faithfulness! We feel the love and prayers of all of you, who visit this website often. We know that God is in control...and can't wait to have our "NORMAL" life back soon! |
