- Next install two more washers on top of the bar and then install the nylon lock nuts. Tighten them down.

| First begin by taking the plastic interior out of the car. This will make it easier to drill the holes. First: drill pilot holes with a smaller drill and THEN used the large bit to create the final hole. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Next you want to reinstall the interior plastic. Use some sort of marker to mark the holes on the plastic. I used the small drill bit and scratched the plastic. Now you want to drill the plastic where you marked it. The holes need to be large enough to allow the 3/8 nuts to fit through. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Next you want to install the bolts in the car. Use two of the 3/8 nuts per side to hold the bolt in place. Do this to both sides. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Next you need to drill the holes in the bar to accept the bolts. Center the bar in the car and marked it with a pencil. Use a punch to help center the bit. Drill these out. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| After your done drilling remove any shavings and paint it. You can leave it bare but it may rust. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| - After the bar has dried install it in the car. If you measured right it should slide on without too much trouble. - Next install two more washers on top of the bar and then install the nylon lock nuts. Tighten them down. |

| Next you can begin reinstalling the interior. It takes some force so be careful not to crack it. The holes in the plastic should be large enough to let the 3/8 nuts pass through. The plastic should also sit below the top of the top nut. Next install two of the washers on each side to support the bar. Used two if the washers are thin. The washers will help prevent the bar from getting crushed when you tighten the top nut. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
