Plot:
It is 1997; Shubbz and Moran Pillie are Americans living and working in London.  Shubbz is former CIA, but is happy with his new life.  One day Moran is shot and killed right before his brother's eyes.  The killers get away, but not before Shubbz notices that they wear an odd symbol on their shirts; a globe with a red eye, grasped in a talon.  Months later Shubbz passes the entrance exams and becomes an agent in the SIS.  His MO is revenge, if he can only someday find the killers.  That day comes sooner than expected as the new 010, along with fellow agents 0013 and 009, picks up the trail during a mission.  They learn of MICKSHAN, a powerful terrorist organization with frightening plans -- the assassination of the world leaders.  Their livery is one which Shubbz is only too familiar with.  Flying to Cuba, to the secured headquarters of MICKSHAN, the three agents find a force to be reckoned with.  And Shubbz finds the answers to all his questions...
About:
The final version of the In the Line of Fire script is a far cry from the original.  Written just after Double-0 Agents, the first script was just as irreverent and random as the movie it was a prequel to.  And then it was thrown out, rewritten.  The new script was riveting, exciting, even brutal at times.  This was a movie to top everything MTCKE had ever done.  We started production in 2001 -- and never finished.  Only twenty minutes of footage was actually filmed.  The main reason for the extended hiatus of the film was/is the lack of an actor to play Moran.  To this day, that prevents the film from taking off.  Of course, if this film were ever to start up again, all the old footage would have to be re-shot.  Not necessarily a bad thing, considering some scenes, but much of it was quite promising.  This movie is not officially scrapped.  Someday it may still come to be.

And someday the final movie in the series,
Nothing Lasts Forever, might even see the light of day...
