The rule of thumb is 70% of the people will be playing at a time. For example, the following is recommended for an event with a 200 guest: 2 Craps Table, 1 Roulette Table, and 10 Black Jack Tables, 1 Pai Gow, 1 Let it Ride and 3 Poker tables. You can adjust the number of tables to match your budget. To reserve a date, a 50% deposit is required and the balance due 14 days prior to the event.
