Will appoints Cyrus Cooper as guardian for granddaughter Ann Pusey; will also cites grandson Hibert Pusey, sisters Rachel Hood and Mary Davis, and appoints two nephews - Hezekiah Linton and Amor Davis as executors. The Village Record dated July 14, 1863 notifies all regarding distribution of balance in estate, and records the death of Ann Pusey.
