League Baseball. He was a pitcher for the Philadelphia Phillies, and pitched in

Williams marrying too many Marys! Think perhaps the records for the
William of Thornbury line are reasonably accurate.

with wife Mary, who died 7th of 4th month 1814, and is called widow of
William. I have notes re a Mary Palmer, a Mary Porter, and a Mary
Chance, but not enough research of my own to be certain which Mary
