By the time you read this, I will have apologized to you again and again. Remember when I came to Charlotte because I wanted to celebrate your birthday, but you never came to see me? Well, that really ticked me off, and you never even thought of letting me know your plans had changed. At the time I was so mad I said some things I shouldn't have said, and I know that you're carrying all this emotional baggage with you. I'm just reaching out to you, hoping that you will accept my apology, so we can start all over again. After all, we've been friends for seven years, and I would hate to throw away our friendship on something as stupid as this. I hope you will respond to my letter, and we should start over again. I accept your apology, and I hope that we can put all of this behind, once and for all. I look forward to seeing you this Thanksgiving.
