Tomorrow, I will say goodbye to Natasha one last time, and then I'm on my way to Charlotte. I've had a terrific three days in Greensboro, where Natasha will reside during her college years. I got to tour the city, and I could learn to like it as time goes on. Hopefully, by 2011 we'll see her at the graduation ceremonies, as she proudly wears her blue-and-gold cap and gown. But for now, I'll be hoping and praying that her studies go well. It's hard to believe this, but I was born 10 days apart from my openly gay cousin in Detroit and my best friend in Charlotte. Dion was born on July 28, I came on August 7, and Teddy arrived on August 17. Weird, isn't it? While we're on the subject of birthdays, I would like to wish a very Happy Birthday to the No. 1 female friend on MySpace (you know who you are!). I've been attracted to her ever since the day I met her, and I keep fantasizing about being married to her someday. I may not have a lot of time to go back to Baltimore as much as I would like to, especially with work and my band keeping me busy, but I still wait in anticipation for the day we can be together again. In closing, I also want to wish Natasha the best of luck, and I'll see Teddy (Happy Birthday to you, too!) before I have to go back home to Chicago.
