What's your story, son?!
Well, the first time I saw the band known as Mary Prankster was on September 15th, 2000 at Merriweather Post Pavillion.  They were playing for KirkMarkandLopezapalooza...therefore making them the opening band for the Kings of German Rock- The Scorpions.

The second I laid eyes on these guys I could tell just how hard they rocked...and how fuckin amazingly beautiful their lead singer was!  So midway through the set, they busted into a little Scorpions "Rock You Like a Hurricane"...amazing.  As Mary began the opening to "Blue Skies Over Dundalk", she said, "This song is dedicated to the happiest place on earth..." and I screamed "My Bedroom."  It at least got a look...and that's all that matters!

Well after the show, I went up to talk to the band and didn't expect much from them but and handshake and a "thanks".  To my surprise, Dave sat there for at least 5 minutes talking to me.  Then I went to Mary and she did the same thing...it was great!  I was in love!

So I wanted to buy a CD, but only had 15 bucks...so I asked Mary which one to buy...and she said "are you lookin to impress the ladies?"  and of course, I replied "Yes!" so she suggested Roulette Girl.   What a great choice...although I didn't have any ladies to impress.  The next day, I literally listened to the entire CD over and over again.  I had found my new favorite band!  That's my story and I'm stickin to it...
If you look over to the right of Mary, you can see two boys in tan shorts...yes...that is me to the far right....and no...I'm watching Kelly Bell....not admiring Mary's ass...maybe!
