Alas, it is true. I took THE Mary Prankster to my highschool homecoming dance of 2000. Well here's the story of a "Fairytale come true":
I had seen the band at KMLapalooza (story on main page) and had fallen in love with Mary...of course. So at the time I was also looking for a homecoming date, and I was on their site. So I emailed her, and she said she was honored but they had a show. Well a week later I was looking and I saw the show had gotten cancelled...so I wrote her back and she said she'd love to.
Okay, so the night of the dance, that was the coolest night of my life. She came to my house and we got some pics (down below)....and we were off. We spent the whole night talking. It was so super schweet. She's the coolest and sweeetest woman I have ever conversed with. We talked about everything: from music to how school sucks to how high school dances blow. All in all, I had such a great time, and could not have spent my night with a better person. |
