Intrigued as I was at the phrase, "speed of the internet" my thoughts lingering on the
tragedy of it all, I started typing . . .

. . .
the problem of course being where should I start, and what to talk
about.  After all, who would read it were I to write a life story on my son Jesse, he was just another kid,
except to me of course and the people who knew him.

My goal is to get the message of this kind of tragedy out there for everyone to see and maybe help me
do
something
.  Motorcycle riders are killed on our highways every day because somebody driving a car or a truck
"DIDN"T SEE HIM ! "   Had this killer been 'driving drunk', it would have been much different.

Jesse had gone to the mandatory riders education classes and after being on a motorcycle of one kind or
another since he was four years old didn't help him.  The person that killed him shouldn't have been driving
in the first place because she couldn't really see well enough to pass her drivers test.  A clerk at the testing center
for the State of Ohio gave this this 'LEGALLY BLIND' blind 82 year old a drivers license, anyway.

This is manslaughter isn't it ? Murder ?
The local police provided a ticket for failure to yield and the murder is
still driving at 86 years of age, maybe looking for your child.

Solution:  Upon reaching 70 years of age anyone wishing to obtain or renew a drivers license
should have to bring the results of a professional eye examination to the bureau
-- and --
Anyone driving a vehicle involved in killing another human being should have all driving privileges
permanently revoked, regardless of age.
