MVP Honors Awarded to Diesel
MVP award given to actual player for the first time in seven-year history |
|
|
|
For the past six contests, the annual Turkey Bowl MVP 40oz Trophy has been awarded to celebrities, athletes and others not participating in the contest. These individuals displayed an overall bad-ass attitude, disregard for their stupid, politically incorrect comments and overall poor judgement. Notable recipients include Bobby Knight, Ron Artest and the 80's lip-synching Pop-band Mili Vanilli. But this year, such a record breaking, bad-ass, dominant performance was turned in that this prestigious honor went to an actual Turkey Bowl participant. |

Rich Diesel Siebert, long time Turkey Bowl veteran and league commissioner, won the coveted MVP award for Turkey Bowl VII. Narrowly beating out trash-talking wide receiver Tyrel Owens and indited house majority speaker Tom Delay, Diesel put on a show-stopping performance that fell just short of capturing victory for his squad.
Hes like a big cat out there, says long-time veteran Richie Van Halen Genett. Hell make a big play and then disappear for a little while so you forget about him and then bam, he picks one off or runs for a 30 yard gain.
Despite his reckless, biker gang lifestyle, Diesel was still able to turn in a historic performance.
I saw him the night before the contest drinking warm tequila and fighting a rival motorcycle gang with poll ques, says Dean The Dream Mozian. He then came after me and tried to brake me knees, so I got out of there.

Regardless of his renegade-like behavior, Rich Diesel becomes the first player in the long, distinguished history to win the coveted Turkey Bowl MVP Award.
