____________________________________________________________________________ . BEFORE STARTING ANY DIET OR EXERCISE PLAN GET YOUR DOCTORS APPROVAL FIRST! Begin each day the very minute that you wake up the same. Make up a positive simple sentence and repeat it to yourself ten times out loud. Here is an example of a sentence I use. : "I will strive every day to follow a healthly lifestyle and will benefit greatly from it." Your sentence might say something like this, : "I will follow my diet plan and not cheat; thereby, acheiving my goals and feeling better about myself.". Also say your sentence right before falling asleep at night too. Both of these times are critical; because, these are the 2 times during each day that you are actually in a state of hypnotic meditation. Your body automatically passes through this state the first few moments when first waking up and the last few moments just before falling asleep at night. Take advantage of this time with your own positive reinforment sentence. It really will work for you.Make sure you create your own sentence to use. It can be similar to the examples; only, it needs to be something you make up to get the true benefits. Now get ready to adhere to the plan and you are bound to succeed. .______________________________________________________________________________ Here are the Diet Secrets Below. Good Luck! .______________________________________________________________________________ 1. Start by drinking ice water all throughout the day. It is extremely important that this is Iced water(water with ice). Not just cold water. Keep an ice cold glass with you all day long. This increases your metabolism causing your body to burn more fat without doing anything extra. Doctors recommend a minimum of 8 to 10 glasses a day. Typically 8 ounces each. .______________________________________________________________________________ 2. Eat your 3 to 5 servings of Fruit every day. Don't cheat this is very important. .______________________________________________________________________________ 3. Eat your Fruit in separate meals all by themselves. Between regular meals. Do not eat sweet fruits and citrus fruits together. Eat them separately. Example it is ok to eat a banana and an apple together. Just not ok to eat an orange and a banana together. The enzymes it takes to break these fruits down cancel each other out resulting in the fruit being turned into fat to be stored in the body for further digestion later. .______________________________________________________________________________ 4. Eat several smaller meals throughout the day rather than 3 Big meals. This also increases your metabolism. .______________________________________________________________________________ 5. Only eat one Protein per meal. Do not combine complex carbs with proteins at the same meal. It is ok to eat both of these only not together. Example: Do not eat meat with potatoes, rice, bread, grains...ect. .______________________________________________________________________________ 6. Do not eat anything 1 1/2 hours before bed. .______________________________________________________________________________ 7. Get some exercise. It does not matter what exercise. Just make sure you raise your heart rate for at least 10 to 15 minutes every day. Even if it is just a brisk walk or stretching exercises. .______________________________________________________________________________ 8. Weigh yourself once per month at the beginning of each month on the 1st. Keep track of your progress. This is it. It is up to you. .______________________________________________________________________________ You can do this. Believe in yourself. Take a stand right now to commit to better healh and a happy life. Abraham Lincoln said, "People are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.", so make a decision to be happy and try out my diet plan. It really works. Give it a try. You will notice that I did not mention portions or what to eat. I will leave this up to you so this diet will be simple to follow. Just try and get a variety of foods and stick to the normal recommended every day minimum requirements. Don't limit or count your calories. As long as you stick to normal portions you will have more than enough to eat throughout the day. Why I am even giving you permission to enjoy one snack thoughout the day. That's right. If you want that cookie. Then eat whatever single serving suggestion is on the package. Then after eating this servining read the calories and try to do some extra exercise to make up for it. Here is an exercise that usually fits the bill: jumping rope. Even if you don't have a rope. Just pretend that you do. Doesn't make any difference. You still get the benefit from it. Why jumping rope you ask? Well, allow me to explain. I will compare 3 exercises so you get the idea of what this means. To burn the same amount of calories perform the following exercises: Ride a bicycle for 30 minutes. Jog for 20 minutes. Jump rope 10 minutes. These exercises burn approximately the same amount of calories. Well that is about it.
