| I've created this site to show step by step how I built my Custom Fender Telecaster. Here is what I'm going for. Standard Tele specs with a few upgrades and modifications. I'm going to finish it in a translucent blue under many coats of Reranch Nitrocellulose Lacquer. White pearl pickguard and Gold hardware. The neck I plan to purchase from Warmoth, I'd like to find a nice birdseye maple with maple fretboard, not sure if I want it clear gloss or vintage yellow. I'm just waiting for the right one to come up on their showcase. I didn't want to finish the neck myself being my first project. I stumbled upon a very cool guy, Andy Rothstein of Rothstein Guitars he's wiring up a very unique setup for me using a set of the highly sought after Lindy Fralin Stock 1/2 & 1/2 Pickups with a 4 way switch and a push/pull Mid/Scoop Tone Switch.
