Today's been a different one, but what else is new I suppose. This morning, I woke up at 4am because my cat knocked over a wooden shelf I had set up against my wall beside my closet, and then wanted me to follow him, so I went to bathroom to find on the way, a dead bird that he had killed in the hallway. I decided to leave it alone till morning and clean it up then because I was tired... but it was a bad mistake. When I woke up to clean it up, all that was left of it was a bunch of feathers, a head, and a pile of puke, yummy... So that probably spoiled my appetite this morning as it was.

For once in a while, I actually had to catch the bus today! That kind of sucked, but at least it wasn't very cold. Unfortuantely though, it started raining and it has been raining pretty steady all day long. I didn't get to eat very much today, but I guess I wasn't very hungry to begin with, the cat didn't help any either. My friend gave me what he had left of a pizza and a piece of a garlic finger during lunch time, so I suppose that held me over. After lunch, we heard rumors that we were getting sent home early... gotta be shitting me, but obviously not. At about 2:20, Mr. Buckland announced on the PA that we were to go to homerooms as we were going to be sent home early. Considering that it was only raining outside, nothing more, nothing less, sending us home an hour ahead of time seems really pointless. We were supposed to get this 'major' storm, giving us an expected 10-15cm or something like that, but we have only been getting rain. From what my friend Katlin said, Yarmouth is giving freezing rain and has been for the last 3 hours, so I dont' really see why school should give early dismissal...

We had to wait for the bus to come back before we could go home today, but at least we didn't have to wait outside in the rain. I had to pick up a booklet from the Guidance Counsellor's office as it was for Nova Scotia Community College campuses, at least courses in Shelburne Campus. I'm really thinking about taking Recording Arts in Shelburne Campus, but I'm not sure if I even qualify for any of it!

Well, my friend Shawn just told me that it's now snowing heavily in Port Clyde, so I guess the storm is going to hit pretty soon, at least in those areas further out from shore. But now its downfalling outside, its not really white, but its really big flakes, but they look wet... I guess time will tell if it'll be snowing heavy here or not.
