And bringing in colleagues Hans B. and Karl B. Chris L. rides 20 miles to and from work every day! Other friends: My Las Vegas friend, Rebecca M. - Keep those elbows high, and breath both sides; soon to be tri-virgin no more Family: Cousin and policewoman Debbie W., she recruited herself, but I ran her second race with her (in tropical storm Arlene)! They are real sports . . . with niece Amber doing the Sprint Kids race . . . we are true multisport warriors!
