- Agreed that 10pm on Wednesday nights are generally a good time for meetings
- Discussed the upcoming events/ideas
- Pumpkin-grams:
- Need to start advertising to residents
- Make/Post flyers informing that pumpkin-grams are starting
- Need to give a count of grams to RHA on October 15
- Will be delivered on October 22
- Halloween Haunted House:
- Being run by the apartment assistants.
- Ideas included a fortune teller, games, costumes, etc.
Possibly a DJ will be hired. Think
about asking restaurants to donate food.
- Trading Spaces:
- Housing will provide and pay for supplies, but decorations come from our own budget
- We are going to be "trading" with the Silvers Apartments
- Some of our ideas for our own community center include:
- Coffeehouse feel, theme
- Removing the existing carpet
- Lots of painting
- Window shades
- New ceiling tiles
- Dividing into different sections (i.e. Study lounge, game area, TV/relaxation area)
- Getting rid of the plaid couches : )
- Color schemes: Mocha, Cranberry Red, chocolates, creams, etc.
- Boston Market Thanksgiving

Saturday October 11 - 10am to 2pm - Mandatory Training for Pres.Programming, Pres. Resident
