On February 18, 2007, Pastor Willis Logston received the honored minister's pin from the Disciples of Christ Pension Fund in recognition for more than 40 years of service as a bi-vocational pastor.   He is pictured with his wife, Ilah, his children , grandchildren,  and great-grandchildren who were able to be present for the presentation.  Also pictured are the Reverend Donna Rose-Heim, co-area pastor, and the Reverend John R. Johnson, pastor at UCPC, who made the presentation during the worship service.
