When using these devices you shall stay to the right of all traffic and operate in a safe manner. If 2 or more people are using these devices, they shall for a single line . No operator of such device will interrupt the flow of traffic at any time. The following areas are off limits to these devices. Grand Ave. from Academy Street intersection to the intersection of Canada Street. Frist Street from the intersection of Grand Ave. to the Town/Village Line. Canada Street to York Street intersection. Merchant's Row to River Lane intersection. The entire area known and commonly referred to as the " Village Square ". Use of these devices is prohibited on all sidewalks. Penalty First Offense: Not more than $50.00 Second Offense: Not more than $100.00 Third Offense : Not more than $250.00 |
