James D. Wetherbee
James Wetherbee was selected as an astronaut in NASA's tenth class (1984).  In 1990, he served as the pilot on the STS-32 mission.  Next he was given of command of STS-51 in 1992.  His third mission was STS-63 on which he served as the commander in 1995.  Next he flew as the commander on the 1997 flight of STS-86.  His fifth mission came in 2001 when he commanded STS-102.  Most recently, Wetherbee served as the commander of STS-113 in 2002; this was the final mission before the Columbia disaster.  During his six missions, Wetherbee logged 66 days in space.
