Charles D. Walker
Charles Walker was selected as a payload specialist in 1983.  He has made three flights into space, a record for payload specialists.  His first flight was on STS-41-D, the maiden voyage of the Space Shuttle Discovery in 1984.  Next, he served on STS-51-D in April of 1985.  His final flight came in November of 1985 when he flew on STS-61-B.  During his three missions, he logged 19 days in space.
