| James H. Newman | ||||||||
| James Newman was selected as an astronaut in NASA's thirteenth class (1990). He has flown in space four times. His first mission came in 1993 when he flew on STS-51 as a mission specialist. Next, he was assigned to STS-69 as a mission specialist and flew in 1995. His third mission was STS-93 which was launched in 1998, once again he was a mission specialist. Most recently, he served as a mission specialist on the 2002 flight STS-109. Newman currently hold's a NASA management possition in Russia and has 43 days of space flight experience.
