| Janet L. Kavandi | ||||||||
| Janet Kavandi was selected as an astronaut in NASA's fifteenth class (1995). She has been lauched into space three times on board the space shuttle. Her first mission came in 1998 when she served as a mission specialist on boad STS-91. Her second mission was STS-99 in 2000 on which she aslo served as a mission specialist. Most recently, she was a mission specialist on the 2001 shuttle flight designated STS-104. Currently, Kavandi is an active astronaut in 33 days of space flight experience.
