Anatoli V. Filipchenko
Anatoli Filipchenko was selected as a cosmonaut in 1963.  His first mission came in 1969 when he was given command of the Soyuz 7 flight.  His second and final mission was as commander of Soyuz 16 in 1974; this was the Soviet dress rehearsal for the upcoming ASTP mission.  Filipchenko retired in 1982 having spent 10 days in space during his two missions.
