Lev S. [Demin or Dyomin]
(1926-1998)
Lev Demin was selected as a cosmonaut in 1963.  His only mission came in 1974 when he was the flight engineer on Soyuz 15.  This was a mission to the Salyut 3 Space Station, but they were unable to dock.  He retired in 1982 having spent 2 days in space.  On December 18, 1998, Lev Demin died of natural causes.

My Collection: This is an autographed and inscribed photo (9.25x7in) of the Soyuz 15 post-mission parade.  Demin is on the left.
