Laurel B. Clark
(1961-2003)
Laurel Clark was selected as an astronaut in NASA's sixteenth class (1996).  He made her only flight into space serving as a mission specialist for the ill-fated STS-107 mission.  This mission was scheduled to land on February 1, 2003, at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.  During reentry, the Space Shuttle Columbia broke up over Texas resulting in the vehicle being destroyed and the crew lost.  Clark died along with the rest of her crew.  During her only spaceflight, she logged 15 days in orbit.

My Collection: This is an official 8x10 litho signed by the STS-107 crew.  Laurel Clark is pictured third from the left of the image.
