I won a trip to Las Vegas from the fine folks at Premiere Radio and J Records, to see the Trinidad-Wright fight at the MGM Grand. A driver for Dynasty Motors met us at the airport to ferry us around town in their customized Hummer.
They put us up here at the Courtyard by Marriott. In the distance you can glimpse Steve Wynn's new eponymous casino hotel.
At the entrance to the MGM Grand, a ring to promote the big match.
Even the blackjack tables were put into promotional service.
The M&M division in Puerto Rico flew 135 employees to Las Vegas to root for Felix "Tito" Trinidad here in the MGM Grand Arena.
But to no avail, as Winky Wright's defense proved impregnable.
The next morning, the fight was front page news in the Vegas papers...Special thanks to Sara at Premiere Radio Networks, Nicole and Antero at J Records, and Sean with Dynasty Motors
