Mapquest - A worldwide atlas program with the ability to pinpoint an address directly on its home street. See exactly where your friends live!
Yahoo Maps � This is the other site. It is slightly different that Mapquest, but can do just about the same thing. For many people, this is the map search that pops up on their toolbar.
Zillow � This is another mapping site. It is different in that not only does it show the estimated value of homes anywhere in the US. But it also shows aerial photos of them as well. In some cases from different angles.
Terraserver - This is a great site to find aerial photos of just about anyplace in the USA. In addition, there are also great USGS maps of just about anywhere on the planet.
Telephone Prefix Location Directory - This is one of these sites you don't use very often, but when you need it, its great to have!

Astronomy Picture Of The Day - Since 1995 this site has been posting a different astronomy related picture every day along with a great explanation of what the photo is.
Space.Com - This is the best site to get the latest news on space exploration.

Jumbo - A jumbo sized archive of shareware.
